Return Policy

At Contemporary Standards, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our return policy is here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damaged or defective item and the packaging for verification. Note that because we print to order all our items, return requests must be approved by our print shop first.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the item you received and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items due to change of mind as each poster is made to order.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@contemporarystandards.com with your order number and details of the issue. Attach photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Approval: The refund must be approved by our print shop because all our items are fulfilled via print on demand. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. This may include returning the item or receiving a replacement.
3. Refunds and Replacements:
   • Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Note that a refund fee may be applicable.

Shipping Costs

• For all returns the customer is responsible for covering the courier fee when returning items to Contemporary Standards
